- Councillor Geoff Hill - Other statement - Councillor Hill declared that he had previously voted on an application concerning the Cricket Club. He attended the meeting with an open mind.
- Councillor Gerry Clark - Other statement - Councillor Clark declared that he had previously spoken to members of the Cricket Club with regards to replacing the clubhouse but had not spoken to them with regards to this specific application. He attended the meeting with an open mind.
- Councillor Joshua Reynolds - Other statement - Councillor Reynolds declared that he had previously voted on an application concerning the Cricket Club. He attended the meeting with an open mind.
- Councillor Mandy Brar - Other statement - Councillor Brar declared that her son was a member of the Cricket Club. She attended the meeting with an open mind.

- Councillor Mandy Brar - Other statement - Councillor Brar stated that she had called in application 21/02331/OUT to be discussed by the committee but came to the meeting with an open mind.

- Councillor David Coppinger - - Councillor Coppinger declared that in his previous role as Cabinet Member for Planning, he had met with the applicants for Oakley Green Mushroom Farm and Bellman Hangar. Councillor Coppinger declared that he had known the applicant for Oakley Green Mushroom Farm for many years and had previously worked with the applicant’s wife before they had met. He attended the meeting with an open mind.
- Councillor John Baldwin - - Councillor Baldwin declared that he was a shareholder of a community pub adjacent to the site of the land between Gringer Hill and Hargrave Road, Maidenhead. Councillor Baldwin also declared that he had been in contact with the applicant for Oakley Green Mushroom Farm. He attended the meeting with an open mind.
- Councillor Maureen Hunt - - Councillor Hunt declared that she knew the consultant for Oakley Green Mushroom Farm as she was a previous Councillor.

- Councillor David Coppinger - Other statement - Councillor Coppinger declared that he had two meetings with the promoters of Statesman House when he was the Cabinet member responsible for planning. However, he added that the discussion was about the timing and did not involve the details of the plan itself.
- Councillor John Baldwin - Other statement - Councillor Baldwin declared that he received 4 communications from the applicant: one by email, one by post and 2 by telephone. He added that he did not engage with the two phone calls, and he read the information in the email and post. He attended the meeting with an open mind.

- Councillor David Coppinger - Other statement - Councillor Coppinger declared that he also knew the owners of item 22/01207/OUT for over 25 years, similarly to Councillor Walters.
- Councillor Gurpreet Bhangra - Other statement - Councillor Bhangra declared for transparency that he had received numerous communications from the agent on behalf of the applicant for item 21/03497/FULL, but he did not discuss the merits of the application at all and that he attended the meeting with an open mind.
- Councillor Leo Walters - Other statement - Councillor Walters declared that he knew the father of the applicant for item 22/01207/OUT, but that he had since passed away. He now knew the sons but only as acquaintances but wished to declare this for transparency. Councillor Walters said that due to technical issues in the past, he was unable to attend the committee as a voting member on the original application of 22/01878/REM, however he had made a case about it that he was going to speak on. He attended the meeting with an open mind.
- Councillor Maureen Hunt - Other statement - Councillor Hunt declared that one of the speakers on the item 22/01207/OUT was known to all of the committee members, as she was a former Councillor. Councillor Hunt declared that in reference to item 21/03497/FULL, she had met with the applicant as it was in her ward. However, she made no comment and came to the meeting with an open mind. The Chairman agreed that all committee members had received numerous communications from the agent. Councillor Hunt said that originally when the application 22/01878/REM came before the committee, she spoke against it, however she acknowledged that this was an entirely new application and that she attended the meeting with a fully open mind.

- Councillor Clive Baskerville - Other statement - Councillor Baskerville declared that he had called in application 23/00043/FULL on behalf of local residents but came to the meeting with an open mind.
- Councillor David Coppinger - Other statement - Councillor Coppinger declared that on item 22/02793/FULL, he lived close to the site and was a friend of the owner of the land and would therefore take no part in the debate or vote on this item.
- Councillor Gurpreet Bhangra - Other statement - Councillor Bhangra declared that on application 23/00043/FULL, he knew the applicant through the local community, but this relationship had no bearing on his decision, and came to the meeting with an open mind.
- Councillor Leo Walters - Other statement - Councillor Walters declared that he had called in application 22/02793/FULL but came to the meeting with an open mind.
- Councillor Simon Werner - Other statement - Councillor Werner declared that he also called in application 23/00043/FULL in order to fully debate this item but came to the meeting with an open mind.
